BB90 Bottom Bracket Trek SRAM GXP
Trek developed their own bb standard to optimize their frame designs. The CeramicSpeed kit comes as two bearings, which are then pressed into the frame. Those two bearings consist of either CeramicSpeed Standard or Coated Bearings. Both feature super smooth, super round CeramicSpeed balls rotating in hardened-steel races. The Coated version has a metallic coating laid onto the races, making it even smoother and harder, resulting in longer life and lower drag. In The Box

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The BB90 standard is limited to Trek. This kit makes it possible for 24/22mm thru-axle cranks from Quarq and SRAM to mate with your Trek.
The Standard Bearings last at least 3 times longer than other bearings. That’s a result of hardened-steel races and ceramic balls that are 100% smoother & 15% harder than the ceramic competition. These bearings have a frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set, which boasts an average 75% drag reduction compared to stock bb’s.
The Coated Bearings increase bearing life by 60% and reduce drag by 50% compared to Standard Bearings.
To better modify the performance for your needs, consider the grease you’re using. All Round Grease comes installed, but can be changed for lower drag Race Day Grease, or higher durability Long Life Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in when riding through messy conditions.
