The Giro d’Italia Women delivered a race defined by pressure, setbacks, and relentless attacks.
Lorena Wiebes showed her strength in the first stage and the win we witnessed from her will remain beyond measure. Anna van der Breggen reminded the peloton what experience and class look like at the highest level. She raced with authority throughout, only for an unfortunate crash and a difficult final stage to take her out of Pink.
Demi Vollering rose through it all, never losing belief and ultimately securing overall victory with a decisive, all out effort on the final stage. After her Tour de France win in 2023 and Vuelta victories in 2024 and 2025, her first Giro brought three stage wins, the overall, and completion of the Grand Tour trilogy. She also became the first rider to win the Mountains classification in all three Grand Tours, confirming her as the sport’s defining climber.
In all those wins, she could rely on her S-Works Tarmac SL8, paired with Roval wheels, truly her One Bike To Rule Them All.
