• Move how you choose. This monitor provides accurate heart rate data for various activities, including running, indoor and outdoor cycling, strength training, HIIT, fitness classes and more.
• For your indoor track or treadmill sessions, this heart rate monitor transmits pace and distance to your compatible Garmin smartwatch¹, so you can get the data you need no matter where you train
• During workouts such as strength training and HIIT, you can start and stop an activity on your compatible Garmin smartwatch¹. Even if you remove your watch and leave it out of range, HRM-Fit stores the data then sends it to your watch when your activity is saved.
